60 Minute Massage
My massages are always customized to YOUR needs! I include both relaxation and therapeutic massage techniques with trigger point therapy as needed. Initially, therapeutic massage may not be full body as the problem areas may require extra work for the first few sessions.

90 Minute Massage
A 90 minute massage typically allows problem areas to be addresses thoroughly while still allowing time for a full body massage.

120 Minute Massage
A full two hours of massage. This is a lengthy session, please don't hesitate to let me know if you need to use the restroom or grab a drink.

Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy massage is a gentle, side lying massage with plenty of pillows for comfort! Massage provides much needed relaxation and relief of pain & swelling for mom to be. Not recommended for high risk pregnancies or for the first trimester. Please get approval from your doctor before scheduling. Same pricing as other massages depending on duration.

CBD Cream
Add-on service upon request.
When applied to a specific area, CBD cream uses all of its anti-inflamatory properties to provide rapid, long lasting pain relief to that area. This not only improves comfort, it also increases mobility. CBD can help treat acute pain, chronic pain, eczema, psoriasis, burns, and rashes.

Cupping
Add-on service upon request.
Cupping increases blood and oxygen flow, loosens tight muscles, and increases relaxation due to the suction and negative pressure. Cupping relieves pain, reduces anxiety, fatigue, migraines, and so much more. Due to the suction, cupping may leave temporary, painless marks on the skin. This is completely normal and usually fades within a couple of days depending on your body.
